How on Earth did I end up here?

I'm no professional, but...I'm quite sure this isn't the bathroom...

Now, I did wonder what that strange orange-and-white symbol on the door meant - the one shaped oddly like the letter 'B' after a few too many pints of beer down the local...
I did think it slightly unconventional not to have the generic "portly stick-man" with 'MALE' or 'MENS' or 'GENTS' or 'GENTLEMEN' (or even 'BLOKES', 'FELLAS' or 'LADS') emblazoned between his legs...

Well, I don't see any toilets...just words appearing quickly on the walls.... though, come to think of it, that thing over there does look a bit like a hand-dryer... maybe I can somehow use that to get back into the real world...........
